Full-Time FOH Catering Personnel Application
Drakes Catering has a small full-time staff that works year around to help us be the best caterers in town. This is a FOH, or front-of-house, position meaning that this isn’t a culinary or kitchen position. Work hours vary based on events going on during that time. Most hours are daytime hours, but may include evenings, nights and weekends.
Duties May Include:
- Prepping catering supplies for events
- Loading and unloading food, beverages and supplies in/out of catering vans
- Delivering supplies and food to event space within LSU premium seating or to an off-site venue
- Arrange food/drink displays
- Set tables up to dining standards
- Manage stock of food/beverage during the event
- Maintain cleanliness of food and dining areas during the event
- Distribute/serve food
- Adheres to safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Assist in breaking down and returning all excess food and supplies to our kitchen after events
- Perform other duties as assigned to prepare for future events
- Stock and re-stock premium seating areas during current sporting season
- Take and sort through inventories
- Clean and organize supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Availability for evenings, nights, and weekends
- Availability to work ALL LSU Home Football and Baseball games
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds
- Be able to walk or stand for extended period of time
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to get or have a valid state and city/parish liquor licenses – We can help obtain one.
- Prior experience in the food or service industry is a plus!
