Thank you from the bottom of my heart for last night. Everything was "off the charts" good. 

With a venue that has a lot of space, but not a lot to offer in terms of onsite cooking or food prep, it’s amazing to see what Drakes Catering can do at the Capitol Park Museum. Their team is truly valued as an A+ vendor and one that we readily welcome for every special event. Wes, Lindy and their team of highly trained servers and bartenders provide not only a high end and tasty service but one that comes with kindness. Looking forward to working many more events together!

A very big and belated THANK YOU for the delicious dinner you prepared and delivered for me last Thursday. My Gator friends loved it—especially the Crawfish Étouffée! Two of them asked for your recipe (if you even give that out—I said I would ask, but don’t feel you have to)!
Everything was delicious—and the boudin balls completely disappeared.
