Football Seasonal – Suite Captain Application
During LSU home football games, Suite Captains are an essential role in taking care of Tiger Den Suites. There are 142 suites, with each Suite Captain taking care of about 3-5 suites. This position can be viewed closest to a restaurant server but for rooms full of people and not exactly taking individual orders.
This is a seasonal and part-time job. Employment is mainly only for the 7 LSU Home Saturday Game Days.
Duties May Include:
- Preparing each suite assigned with food and beverage service supplies
- Arrange food/drink displays
- Manage stock of food/beverage throughout the game
- Maintain cleanliness of food and dining areas throughout the game
- Adheres to safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Assist in breaking down and returning all excess food and supplies to our kitchen after games
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Clean and organize supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must be 18 years old or older and not in High School
- Availability to work ALL LSU Home Football games
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry, preferred
- Have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 15+ pounds
- Be able to walk or stand for extended period of time
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Maintain and adhere to policies on professional appearance
