Event Staff Application

Duties May Include:

  • Loading/unloading all catering supplies, food, and beverages
  • Setting up prep-stations
  • Assisting in staging and displaying food
  • Putting together and organizing designated space into a functional bar
  • Passing out hord’oruvres/appetizers to guests
  • Keeping food and beverage areas tidy during event
  • Bussing plates, glasses and other food items
  • Taking table orders of main entrée selection for plated dinners
  • Delivering food to tables
  • Create requested drinks from guests
  • Breaking down food and beverage areas

Benefits:

Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years old or older
  • Availability for evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Have reliable transportation to and from event venue
  • Ability to lift 20+ pounds
  • Be able to walk or stand for extended period of time
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Have a valid state and city/parish liquor licenses – FOR BARTENDER POSITION
  • Prior experience in the food service industry is a plus
